GoodDog

A CRM built for independent insurance agencies.

One place for the client book, the calendar, the phone and the inbox. Each agency gets its own private copy, its own database, and its own connections under its own accounts.

Get in touch

What it does

People

Every client, lead, referral partner and business in one searchable book, with households, policies, notes and the full history of calls, texts and emails.

Today

A work queue that says what needs doing: follow-ups, renewals, turning-65s, voicemails and texts waiting for a reply.

Calendar and booking

Clients book from the agency's website. Appointments land on the agency's calendar with confirmations, reminders and reschedule links.

Phone and texts

Calls, texts and voicemails with transcripts, filed to the right client.

Email

The agency's inbox inside the CRM, with each conversation attached to the contact it belongs to.

Website

A public site with online booking, a contact form and a blog, run from the same place as everything else.

How it connects to Google and Microsoft

Agency staff sign in with their work account and can connect their mailbox and calendar — Gmail and Google Calendar, or Outlook through Microsoft 365. The platform reads the inbox to show it in the CRM and match conversations to contacts, sends emails the agent writes from the agent's own address, reads the calendar to show it and check availability, and creates the appointment events clients book. It stores an encrypted connection token and a short preview of matched emails, never full messages, and never sells, advertises with, or trains AI on that data. The details are in the privacy policy.

Who runs it
