GoodDogTerms of Service
These terms apply to agencies that subscribe to the GoodDog Agency Platform and to the staff they authorize to use it.
The service
GoodDog provides each subscribing agency a private, hosted customer relationship system, a public website with appointment booking, and integrations with Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, RingCentral and Zoom Phone that the agency connects under its own accounts.
Accounts
The agency decides which accounts may sign in. The agency is responsible for the people it authorizes and for keeping its list current.
The agency's data
Client records, communications and files the agency stores in the Platform belong to the agency. GoodDog hosts and processes them only to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy. The agency is responsible for having the right to store the information it enters and for complying with the laws that apply to it, including CMS marketing rules and state insurance regulations.
Google, Microsoft and phone providers
Connecting Google, Microsoft 365, RingCentral or Zoom Phone is optional and governed by those providers' terms as well as these. GoodDog's use of data from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use.
Fees
Hosting and customization fees are set in the agency's subscription agreement. Fees are billed monthly; GoodDog may suspend a deployment for non-payment after 30 days' written notice.
Acceptable use
No unlawful use, no attempts to access another agency's deployment, no sending of unsolicited bulk messages through the Platform in breach of TCPA, CAN-SPAM or carrier rules.
Availability and support
GoodDog aims for continuous availability but does not guarantee it. Releases are staged to a candidate environment before production. Support is by email at michael@gooddogautomation.com.
Termination
Either party may end the subscription with 30 days' written notice. On termination the agency may export its data; GoodDog deletes the agency's project, database and backups within 30 days.
Liability
The Platform is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, GoodDog's liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding twelve months, and GoodDog is not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
